The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account, unless it is proven that such activity resulted from a breach or error attributable to Chaags.
Users must notify Chaags immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of their account or any security issue involving their login credentials.
Chaags services must be used lawfully and responsibly and in a manner that does not harm other users, the services, infrastructure, or the reputation of Chaags.

For messaging services, including MSGCloud, the customer is fully responsible for the messages, content, and data sent through the platform and for the individuals or entities to whom such messages are sent.
Chaags may remove or restrict access to any content or file uploaded or published through its services if, in its discretion, it determines that such content or file:

All rights relating to Chaags services, including without limitation software, source code, interfaces, designs, databases, systems, trademarks, logos, trade names, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Chaags.
These Terms do not grant the user any ownership rights in, or rights to copy, distribute, sell, license, or reproduce any part of Chaags services, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, reselling, renting, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of Chaags services is prohibited without prior written approval.
The user retains their rights in content and data that they own and provide to the services, while granting Chaags the licenses necessary to store, process, operate, and display such content to the extent required to provide the services.

This does not include publishing passwords, API keys, payment information, or confidential personal data as marketing materials.
Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as granting Chaags ownership of the user's content.

Fees may depend on various factors, such as subscription duration, number of users, number of connections, messages, activities, storage, consumption, or other limits defined by the service.
The user is responsible for paying all applicable fees in accordance with the payment method and service terms applicable to each product.
Chaags reserves the right to change prices, plans, usage limits, features, or fee calculation methods at any time.
Users may not continue using a paid service without paying the applicable fees or exceed permitted limits through unauthorized means.
Certain Chaags services may include features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning models, content generation technologies, or automated analysis.
AI systems may produce information, recommendations, or content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users should therefore review and verify results before relying on or using them.
Chaags does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
The user is responsible for reviewing and approving any result, content, or decision generated using AI features before using it in their business, publishing it, or sharing it with others.
Chaags may analyze usage patterns and activity within its services to improve the user experience, develop services, improve performance, and provide more relevant features, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Chaags is not responsible for any interruption, change, limitation, blocking, delay, or failure caused by a third-party provider, including changes to its policies, APIs, pricing, or usage limits.
Each Chaags product may have additional terms, policies, or rules specific to its nature.
For example, certain services may include additional terms relating to tickets, events, websites, messaging, payments, gaming, profiles, or business management.
Users must comply with any additional terms displayed within the product or on its official product page.
For 4Qr, the event organizer is responsible for event data, event terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies. Ticket refunds are subject to the organizer's policy or the specific event terms unless Chaags expressly states otherwise.
For website creation services such as Wghtk, the user is responsible for the content, information, and materials published on the website they create through the service.
Chaags aims to maintain a service availability level of at least 98%; however, this level is an operational target and does not constitute an absolute guarantee of continuous availability.
Certain services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, development, technical failures, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond Chaags' control.
Chaags may conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice when necessary to maintain the security or stability of its services.
Chaags works to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect its services and data against unauthorized access or unlawful use.
However, no service, network, or system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information, API keys, and any credentials associated with the services.

Suspension or termination of an account does not necessarily result in the deletion of all data associated with it.
Users may stop using the services or request closure of their account through the mechanism available within the service.
Upon account closure, access may be disabled and the account may become hidden or Hidden from public services, without necessarily meaning that all associated records and data are permanently deleted.
Chaags may retain certain data and records for appropriate periods for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or revenue arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

In the event of any difference, conflict, or ambiguity between the Arabic version and any translation, the Arabic version shall be the reference and controlling version, to the extent permitted by law.

Where specific terms apply to a particular product, they apply in addition to these general Terms and shall prevail with respect to matters specific to that product in the event of a conflict.
